White Christmas Coconut Mojito
Equipment
- 1 48 oz Glass Pitcher
Ingredients
- ½ bottle Simply Limeade or Similar 52 oz
- 1 cups Cold Water
- ½ cup White Rum
- 1 can Coconut Milk goya
- ¾ cup Fresh Mint Leaves Chopped
- 4-6 Limes
- 1 Pomegranate or Pomegranate seeds
- 1 bottle Club Soda
Instructions
- Cut 3-4 limes into small wedges, roughly chop mint leaves, and add both to your pitcher.
- Using a muddler or back of a wood spoon, muddle the mint and limes together.
- Add the Cold Water, Coconut Milk, Limeade, and White Rum to the pitcher. Mix well. If serving immediately add lots of ice and extra garnishes: pomegranate seeds, extra whole mint leaves, and slices of Lime.
- Leave Club Soda and additional garnishes for guests to top off and add to their own individual drinks as needed.
