Magic Cookie Bars are nothing new, we grew up making these every year to include with our Christmas cookie trays. The reason they have the word magic in their name? Not entirely sure, some would say it's the way all of the ingredients magically meld together. My take? The magic in how fast they disappear off the cookie trays!
Magic Cookie Bars are more like candy than a cookie. Between the buttery graham cracker crust and the crisp coconut topping forms the most perfect caramelized, chewy center from the sweetened condensed milk. This is a wonderful addition to your holiday favorites and is sure to become a go-to recipe you'll cherish for years to come!
