Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir gently until just combined.
Lightly grease a skillet or griddle and heat over medium.
Pour about ¼ cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on top and edges look set, then flip once and cook until golden brown.
Stack, serve warm, and top with butter, syrup, or your favorite toppings.
