This Guava Sunrise Colada recipe is a tropical twist on the classic piña colada. Made with pineapple, coconut, and guava, it is refreshing, colorful, and easy to mix up for poolside afternoons, luaus, or any time you want those island vibes at home.
In a blender or mixer, combine the pineapple juice, coconut milk, and ice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Divide the pineapple-coconut mixture between 2 glasses. Slowly pour the guava nectar over the back of a spoon into each glass. This helps the guava float on top and creates the layered sunrise look.
Pour into 2 glasses. Garnish with pineapple wedges.
Notes
-Make it into a Cocktail | Add 2–3 oz light rum or coconut rum before blending or mixing.-For a creamier, smoothie-style texture, swap some of the pineapple juice for frozen pineapple chunks.-Keep it mocktail-friendly, or spike it with rum if you want a Guava Sunrise Colada cocktail.
