Ingredients
3mediumRipe mangos, peeled and diced
1English Cucumber, washed and sliced
2Ripe avocados, peeled and diced
Course Sea Salt
PinchofRed Pepper Flakes
Lime Honey Dressing
3Limes, juiced
1tablespoonHoney
Instructions
Prep and chop the mango, cucumber, and avocado.
Add the mango to your platter or salad bowl, followed by the cucumbers and then the avocado. Sprinkle the red pepper flakes and sea salt evenly over the top.
Whisk together the fresh lime juice and honey dressing.
Right before serving, drizzle the Lime Honey Dressing evenly over the salad. Keep extra on the side for drizzling over individual servings as desired.
Notes
As a side dish, this Mango Avocado Salad with Cucumber serves 4-6, but as a main course, it will serve about 2-3.
