Pink Popping Boba Mocktail (Easy Boba Drink Recipe)
This pink popping boba mocktail is a fun, refreshing drink made with juice, watermelon heart ice cubes, bubbles, and strawberry popping boba. Built right in the glass, it’s easy to assemble and perfect for Valentine’s Day, pink themed parties, baby showers, gender reveals, or anytime you want a playful, pretty-in-pink drink.
Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberry guava juice
- ½ cup sparkling water or club soda plus more to top
- ½ cup strawberry popping boba divided
- 8 –12 frozen watermelon cubes or heart shapes about 4–6 per glass
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice about ½ lime
- Pinch of salt
- Ice optional
Instructions
- Prep ahead: Cut watermelon into cubes or heart shapes and freeze until solid. Plan on about 4–6 pieces per glass.
- Divide strawberry popping boba between two highball glasses.
- Add ice to each glass.
- Add the frozen watermelon pieces to each glass, pressing them gently against the sides so they stay visible.
- Add the strawberry guava juice, lime juice, and a pinch of salt to a shaker or mixer with ice. Shake briefly, just enough to chill.
- Strain the chilled juice evenly between the two glasses, filling each about halfway up.
- Top each drink with sparkling water or club soda.
- Gently stir near the surface so the bubbles stay lively and the boba remain visible.

Notes
- Skip extra ice if using frozen watermelon.
- Add more sparkling water to lighten sweetness if needed.
- For best texture, add popping boba just before serving.
