Instructions
Rim two glasses with Tajín. (To help it stick, run a lime wedge around the edge first.) Set aside.
In a cocktail shaker, combine peach nectar, lime juice, hot honey, and a handful of ice.
Shake or stir, until chilled, about 10–15 seconds.
Strain into the prepared glasses filled with fresh ice. Top each glass with Topo Chico for fizz, then give a gentle stir so the peach and hot honey don’t settle at the bottom.
Dip fresh peach wedges in a light drizzle of hot honey, then sprinkle Tajín over the top so it sticks. Place on the rim of each glass or float in the drink for a colorful, spicy-sweet garnish. Serve immediately and enjoy!
