Azalea Drink Recipe (A Fresh, Real Ingredient Take on the Masters Classic)
This azalea drink recipe is a fresh take on the classic Masters favorite, made with real citrus and pomegranate instead of overly sweet, artificially colored syrups. It’s light, balanced, and refreshing, with a soft pink color and a clean finish that feels just a little more elevated than the original. Whether you keep it as a mocktail or add vodka for a cocktail version, it’s an easy, feel-good drink perfect for spring and warm weather.
In a small bowl or glass, add honey, add a small splash of warm water, and stir until fully loosened, and mix in the pomegranate juice. This should be smooth and pourable, not thick
Mix the Drink Base
In a shaker or pitcher, combine: Lemonade, Water, Fresh Lemon juice, Coconut Water, Apple cider vinegar (tiny 2-3 drops), and Salt.
Add ice and give it a gentle shake or stir just to chill and combine.
Build the Glass
Fill two 11 oz short glasses with crushed ice. Spoon the honey pomegranate mixture into the bottom of each glass over the ice. Slowly pour the drink base over the top to maintain the soft pink gradient.
Finish
Add a lemon slice. Can stir if you prefer the ingredients more mixed together.
Notes
-The apple cider vinegar should be barely noticeable. Just a few drops, not even close to ⅛ tsp.-The honey should be fully dissolved before mixing-Crushed ice helps soften and blend the drink naturallyOptional (cocktail version):1–1½ oz vodka per drink
