This pear ginger mocktail sparkler is light, refreshing, and intentionally balanced with fresh sage and sparkling water. Not overly sweet, it works beautifully as a winter mocktail that complements rich holiday dishes and can be served by the glass or from a pitcher for gatherings.

Instructions
For deeper flavor, combine the pear juice, water, ginger, sage, pear, and lemon juice in a large container or gallon bag and refrigerate to infuse. Refrigerate and let infuse for 30 minutes to 1 hour. If skipping the infusion, move on to the next step.
Add everything directly to a cocktail shaker, gently muddle, and add ice.
Shake for 10–15 seconds.
Add ice to each glass and strain the mixture into the glasses, filling about three-quarters full to leave room for bubbles.
Mocktail: Top each glass with mineral water, club soda, or ginger beer.
Cocktail: Top each glass with prosecco
Garnish with a sage leaf or thin pear slices, then gently stir to combine the bubbles and flavors.
